Hello DCC Dolphins!

Our first meet is Tuesday, 5/26 at Vermack. Heat sheets need to be as accurate as possible on meet day to avoid confusion with individual and relay events. Please do your part by declaring your swimmer's status for the entire season via SwimTopia.

Deadlines & Changes

• Deadline: RSVP via SwimTopia by 4:00pm the Friday before each meet.
• Before the Deadline: You may change your child’s RSVP status online as many times as needed.
• After the Deadline: Email or text with updates.
• Meet Day Changes: Last-minute changes on the day of a meet, please text Coach Kevin immediately.

Important Notes

• This is the same process used to RSVP for dive meets and to register to volunteer at meets.
• Volunteering at meets is required if your child is participating, more info about this coming soon.
• A meet absence report will be created after 4:00pm the Friday before each meet. This is the information which will be used to develop the entry lineup for the next meet.
• Any swimmer marked "Not Attending" or left "Undeclared" without an RSVP will not be entered into the meet lineup.
• Accurate meet rosters allow the coaching staff to finalize individual and relay entries while minimizing the need to reshuffle entries which affects other swimmers by creating confusion during the meet.
