Hello DCC Dolphins!

Welcome to the 2023 Dive season! This email includes important information about the DIVE season which starts with practice on Monday, 5/15.

The DCC team swimsuit is the same as last season. Visit Dunwoody Country Club (theswimteamstore.net) to order team suits and other apparel. Contact Matt Palm at 770-400-9870 or [email protected] if you have any questions related to suits.

After school practices will begin on Monday, 5/15. Afternoon practices will take place according to the schedule below –

• Week of 5/15, Monday – Friday 

• *Start of season pool party scheduled for evening of Friday, 5/19. RSVP via Meets - Dunwoody Country Club Dolphins Swim & Dive Team (swimtopia.com)

• Week of 5/22, Monday – Thursday (*start morning practices on Friday, 5/26)

• Afternoon DIVE practice times:
  • 4:30pm -  6:30pm **Open Practice - come for 30 minute session

**Morning swim practice schedule starts Friday, 5/26 and continues Monday – Friday for the rest of season. (No SWIM OR DIVE practice on Memorial Day, 5/29).

• Morning DIVE practices times:
  • 9:00 - 11:00am

Basic details for DIVE meets, all meets begin at 5:30pm: Coaches will provide Warm-up and arrivals times before each meet!

**Team pictures are scheduled on Tuesday 5/30 -  Specific details posted at Meets - Dunwoody Country Club Dolphins Swim & Dive Team (swimtopia.com).

• Meet 1 – away on Wednesday 5/31 @ Roswell Rec
• Meet 2 - home on Monday, 6/5 vs Windward Lake Club
• Meet 3 – home on Wednesday, 6/7 vs Redfield
• Meet 4 – away on Wednesday, 6/14 @ St Ive's Country Club 
• Meet 5 – away on Wednesday, 6/21 @ Atlanta Athletic club

**Any specific details about meets will be communicated via email as meets get closer.**

GADL Championships @ GA Tech: This is an optional (but encouraged) meet at the end of the season.  - Date is TBD but something to think about!

Parents- please remember volunteers are needed at all dive meets, this includes table workers, judges and announcers for Home meets. (Also donuts for day after at practice - but everyone loves that job!)
